Sales Manager

Meshcom is looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for sales and marketing activities in the Asian region.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling directly to customers.
  • Planning and implementing the sales strategy.
  • Traveling across the region for sales and marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • University graduate (either Engineering or Sales and Marketing).
  • 5 years sales / sales management experience with IT field.
  • Technology knowledge from WLAN, WiMax, MESH Networking.
  • Prior experience of SW / SW license sales is preferable but not essential.
  • Experience of OEM / ODM device vendors as customer base a big merit.
  • Knowledge on embedded system.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Independent & Self-motivated.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
  • Fluent spoken Mandarin, proficient written Chinese.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of people.

Software Engineer (Linux, PHP, C)

Meshcom, a leading provider of zero-configuration technology and solutions, is looking for a software engineer for projects in the fields of customization of our core software as well as development projects of customer specific applications.Main responsibility areas include development work, integration with existing systems, equipment and software as well as design and specification of specific applications together with our customers, as well as support for the customized solutions.

Required skills & experience:

  •  At least two years experience in commercial software development (C/C++) or integration position
  •  Familiarity with networking, especially wireless
  •  Good written and verbal english skills
  •  Good interpersonal skills
  •  Familiarity with Linux as a development platform
  •  PHP, html and css skills
  •  Experience in product design from ground up, embedded Linux familiarity and/or Wi-Fi networking expertise are considered a definite plus

Linux Software Developer

Meshcom is looking for an experienced Linux Software Developer to join mesh network driver development team. Your responsibilities will be design, development and testing of MeshDriver - the main product of the company.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of C language
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time professional Linux software development (in addition to possible work in educational institutes)
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
  • Enthusiasm for software development
  • Fluent English

Firmware Engineer

This position is for talented hackers who love working on low level networking code and wireless firmware. Your work will be widely deployed and used to connect the unconnected.

Responsibilities

  • Device driver development
  • New hardware platform bring up and build environment optimization
  • Firmware performance optimization and analysis

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent. MS or PhD is a plus.
  • Exceptional C++/C programming skills
  • 3+ years experience in software/algorithm/protocol design, preferably in networking protocols or distributed systems.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Linux network device drivers.
  • Knowledge or experience in 802.11 wireless is preferred
  • Strong foundation in networking, and have developed systems in several networking areas, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, and wireless protocols.
  • Linux experience preferred.
